Recently, many homeowners have complained about the poor attitude and low service quality of our property management company. They have posted criticisms online and even filed complaints with higher authorities. This has greatly damaged the reputation and image of our company, and has harmed our interests. In order to protect the interests of the company, we are now issuing the "Decision on Homeowners' Prohibition of Unfounded Criticism of the Property Management Company," which imposes the following constraints on homeowners in the community:

Homeowners are not allowed to make unfounded criticisms of the property management company. They must listen to the company and refrain from unilaterally expressing their opinions. All opinions must be in line with the unified stance of the property management company. Making unauthorized comments about the property management company is considered unfounded criticism, and offenders will be fined or even expelled from the community.

Homeowners are not allowed to make comments stating that the service quality and attitude of neighboring or other community properties are better than ours. Those who live in our community should not speak ill of the property management here and instead praise other community properties. Such individuals are surely traitors or have received money from other community properties to intentionally defame our property management company. In response to these irresponsible accusations, our property management company's stance is: we do not accept, acknowledge, pay attention to, or change them! We will adhere to our own policies without improvement. If you think our property management company is not good and prefer the neighboring or other community properties, you are welcome to move there and leave our community.

Some homeowners have made unreasonable demands, such as asking our property management company to improve service quality and enhance their attitude. They even claim that the property management company is supported by homeowners from leaders to employees. Our property management company believes that this statement is a deliberate rumor spread by hostile forces from the West to harm our community property. How could the property management company be supported by homeowners? It should be the property management company that supports the majority of homeowners. Without the property management company, there would be no new community, and without the property management company, homeowners would not have their current happy lives. Without the property management company, the world would not turn, and you and your descendants would not exist.

Under the instigation of external forces from neighboring communities, some homeowners believe in their propaganda and always want to be the masters, supervising and criticizing our property management company. As mentioned earlier, it is the property management company that has provided you with a good life, and you should learn to be grateful and shout out: "The property management company is good! The leaders of the property management company are great and wise." You should always maintain the concept that "a good property management company is better than good weather and good land, and a property management company is better than your own parents." We have a homeowner in our community who always complains about the blocked sewer and believes that they support us by paying property fees, demanding that we improve service quality and constantly expressing dissatisfaction. We must seriously criticize and oppose such individuals who consider themselves as masters, and we must frequently warn them: if you don't like it here, why don't you go to another community?

Homeowners are not allowed to make any negative comments about the property management company without authorization. Any opinions about the property must be reviewed by the property management company. Articles and opinions criticizing the property management company are strictly prohibited from being published. Only positive aspects of the property management company can be promoted, and the company's mistakes and shortcomings should not be publicized. These are all negative energy. Only by adhering to positive energy every day can the property management company and homeowners have a better life and be well-fed.

Carry out the "Three Learnings and Three Practices" campaign extensively among homeowners in the community: learn various documents and instructions issued by the property management company to be politically qualified good masses; learn the quotes of the property management company's managers and leaders to be ideologically red and dedicated homeowners; learn the various regulations and rules that restrict homeowners formulated by the property management company to be resolute in listening to property management and not talking back or criticizing, being obedient citizens.

Starting today, all homeowners who can write must copy the 20,000-word "XX Community Homeowner Code of Conduct and Management Regulations" issued by the property management company. They must copy 1,000 words per day and complete the copying within 10 days. Homeowners who copy quickly and well will be commended, and the first-place winner will be exempt from one year of property fees. Those who fail to complete the copying on time will be fined with additional property fees.

In order to ensure that homeowners firmly support the property management company, starting today, homeowners with three or more family members must establish a "Property Management Company Family Branch." The head of the household will serve as the leader and must regularly organize branch members to study the latest instructions from the property management company. They must study the speeches of the property management company's leaders word by word, and deeply understand and grasp the spirit and essence. After completing the study, they must write a reflection of more than 3,000 words every week, submit it to the property management company on Friday morning, and post it on a big poster for display.

Before the end of the year, the property management company will select advanced individuals who do not make unfounded criticisms of the company. Homeowners who praise the community property and its leaders will be rewarded. Those who post praising posts and comments about the community property online will receive a cash reward of 50 cents. This reward can accumulate and has no upper limit. The more you post, the more rewards you will receive, ranging from 50 cents to 50,000, which is tens or even hundreds of times the original amount. There are also penalties. Those who publish articles criticizing and unfoundedly criticizing the property management company without authorization will be fined 50 yuan for each offense. This penalty will also accumulate until the offender is impoverished. For repeat offenders, their internet access will be cut off and they will be expelled from the community at the lighter end, or they will be handed over to the public security authorities and imprisoned at the heavier end.

The above decisions will be implemented starting today, and no one is allowed to have any objections. Even if you have objections, you must keep them to yourself and not express any words that violate the decisions of the property management company or criticize any decisions of the property management company. Otherwise, strict punishment will be imposed in accordance with the relevant decisions formulated by the property management company.
